BOOKING INFO

BOOKING PROCESS: If you submit a project and it is accepted you will be given a link to book your appointment online or will be added to my waitlist to be contacted when appointments slots become available. If your project is not selected I will let you know and we can either try for another idea you may have or try to send you to an artist that I think would be a better fit.
HOW SOON CAN WE START: Availability and start date vary depending on how many projects I am currently working on. I am currently booking about 6 months out at a time here in Portland. When I begin working in Denver I do not expect to be booked so far out.
TRAVELING CUSTOMERS: Many of my customers are from out of state, and while I strive to work quickly, I cannot guarantee that projects will be completed within the allotted time for your appointment. Large projects especially are not able to be finished in one shot. I offer multiple date appointments for those looking to tackle large projects with fewer trips. PLEASE PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE when flying in order to cover any emergencies or illnesses that may prevent me from tattooing you, allowing you to reschedule your travel plans if needed.
TATTOO PROCESS
I DO NOT PROVIDE DRAWINGS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
NUMBING: I have no problem with the use of numbing cream. The product I recommend is ZENSA and can be found online. When using this product apply it thick and then wrap with Saran Wrap to keep it from drying out on the skin. Leave wrapped for two hours prior to your appointment for maximum efficacy.
LENGTH of APPOINTMENT: Some tattoos take longer or shorter than we expect, so please ensure you have no immediate obligations, including travel.
CONSULTATIONS: I generally don’t conduct consultations before appointments unless necessary. Tattoos are designed using your submitted reference photos and descriptions, reducing the need for consults. I will notify you via email or text if a design review is required.
BUDGET: Your budget helps gauge if your request aligns with the expected cost. If I feel the budget is too low, I will communicate this before your appointment. Sleeves are typically a minimum of $3500 so keep this in mind when requesting large projects. If it’s not a concern, indicate “open budget” or “any.” Also keep in mind that sleeves and other huge tattoos are not a quick project to accomplish. They take time, multiple sessions, and patience to ensure your tattoo is as amazing as you are.
I will not tattoo you if you are: transphobic, racist, sexist, or just a general bigoted POS. No drunks, no drugs.
PAYMENT
PAYMENT METHODS ARE CARD OR CASH (NO VENMO, Etc.)
PORTLAND HOURLY RATE:
-$260 per hour FOR CASH
-$260+3% per hour FOR CARD ($267.80)
STARTING IN SEPTEMBER I AM MOVING TO DENVER COLORADO MY HOURLY RATE WILL BE DECREASING UNITL I GET A BETTER FEEL FOR WHAT AN APPROPRIATE RATE IS FOR MY WORK OUT THERE.
DENVER HOURLY RATE:
-$240 per hour FOR CASH
-$240 per hour+3% FOR CARD ($247.20)
ESTIMATES: Every tattoo is different, so it’s extremely difficult to provide an estimate. If you're not sure how much to bring, plan for a 5 hour session, which is $1300. I'll do my best to stay within your budget and will inform you at least before your appointment if your budget doesn't work for what you're asking. I work quickly and take breaks throughout the session. During these breaks, you can stretch, move around, go outside and smoke, or have a snack, etc.
DEPOSIT
$150 non-refundable deposit/retainer required to book
PLEASE PAY DEPOSIT IMMEDIATELY AFTER BOOKING. If no deposit is paid within 24 hours your appointment will be canceled and you will have to rebook. Whatever date was originally chosen may end up not being available at that time.
DEPOSITS are required to be made when your appointment is booked in order to secure the date. This policy helps ensure that all parties are committed and allows us to manage our schedules effectively. Please ensure that your deposit is submitted promptly to confirm your appointment time and avoid any potential delays or cancellations.
RESCHEDULE: You have until the start time of your appointment to notify me of needing to reschedule. All reschedules require an additional deposit within 24 hours of requesting to reschedule. As long as you show up for the next booked date you will retain both deposits. If you are unable to attend once again, then you will unfortunately lose both deposits.
CANCELATIONS/NO SHOWS: result in losing any retainers, deposits, or prepayments. You will be required to place a new deposit, and rebook if you decide to want a tattoo again.
