BOOKING INFO
BOOKS CLOSED: When books are closed, unfortunately, this means that I am actively working on so many projects and am at my capacity to accept more work at this time. I am typically booked 6 months to a year in advance. Every now and then I get sporadic openings that I will announce on my Instagram stories.
OPEN BOOKS: When books are open this means that anyone who is interested in working with me will have a chance to submit a tattoo proposal for a project that they are wanting. My books open very chaotically, and I would love to simplify or at least reduce the chaos for my customers and myself.
WHEN WILL BOOKS OPEN: Books will open Saturday February 1st at 12pm and remain open for 24 hours. I will review submissions on Sunday afternoon and have a response out by Sunday night/ Monday morning. Depending on the number of inquiries I will try to respond to every submission. I will only be able to respond to projects I am wanting to take on, if I get a huge influx of submission like I have in the past. If you don’t hear from me by Tuesday, then please understand that your submission was not accepted at this time and submit again next time my books open!
RETURNING CUSTOMERS: Books will remain open indefinitely to folks that I have already tattooed. This is not a guarantee that your submission will be approved, but if not then feel free to send in more submissions of other projects you’re interested in! I will try to stay on top of responding to these submissions as they come in outside of an open booking window, but you may not get a response for a few weeks to a month.
HOW SOON CAN WE START: Availability and start date vary depending on how often projects are accepted, how many are already queued and how many are taken on during an open booking cycle. I am currently looking to fill about 80 appointments to fill out the remainder of 2025 and partially into 2026. When I accept projects after submissions, I batch them all together and send out all of the “accepted” emails within a 30-minute time span so some people may have the chance to snag a date before you, depending on where you are in that batch, but typically it’s enough time that everyone’s chance is pretty even. Just don’t sleep on it because dates go FAST.
TRAVELING CUSTOMERS: Most of my clients are from out of state, and while I strive to work quickly, I cannot guarantee that large projects will be completed within the allotted time for your appointment. Please consider purchasing travel insurance to cover any emergencies or illnesses that may prevent me from tattooing you, allowing you to reschedule your travel plans if needed.
TATTOO PROCESS
I do not provide drawings before your appointment.
Tattoos may take longer or shorter than expected, so please ensure you have no immediate obligations, including travel.
CONSULTATIONS: I generally don’t conduct consultations before appointments unless necessary. Tattoos are designed using your submitted reference photos and descriptions, reducing the need for consults. I will notify you via email or text if a design review is required.
BUDGET: Your budget helps gauge if your request aligns with the expected cost. If I feel the budget is too low, I will communicate this before booking. If it’s not a concern, indicate “open budget” or “any.”
I will not tattoo you if you are: pregnant, drunk, high, in a rush, racist, sexist, smelly, currently pooping, a baby, a teenager, recently escaped from prison, a murderer, a murder victim, someone who stole my car, or if a doctor advises against it.
Breastfeeding mothers, the choice is yours. There are no known risks of getting a tattoo while breastfeeding, but there is a possible risk of infection to the baby. It's best to avoid any risks. You’re the mom, and Mom knows best. No judgment either way!
Touch ups are free and recommended when your tattoo heals but needs attention. Common reasons include patchy black areas or incomplete lines and colors. Customers are not charged unless negligence is involved. I generally won’t touch up old tattoos just to refresh them; let them age naturally.
PAYMENT
PAYMENT METHODS ARE CARD OR CASH!
NO VENMO, or PAYPAL
HOURLY RATE $260 PER HOUR
Every tattoo is different, so I can't give a specific time or cost estimate. If you're not sure how much to bring, plan for a 4-hour session, which is $1040. I'll do my best to stay within your budget and will inform you in advance if your budget doesn't work for what you're asking. I work quickly and take breaks about every hour. During these breaks, you can stretch, move around, smoke, or have a snack, etc.
TIPPING: I made an attempt to remove the option for tipping with the last booking cycle, and some folks were not very happy about it. They felt that I was taking away their ability to provide me with a gift and I never thought of it that way.
That being said, tips are beyond appreciated, graciously accepted, but in absolutely no way expected. ZERO obligation! I don’t want the thought of tipping to stress anyone out for any reason or for them to feel like I am put out by not tipping. I love all of my customers, those who tip and those who do not. I get paid what I feel is fair and I don’t want anyone to feel obligated to leave additional compensation.
DEPOSIT
Deposits are required to be made when your appointment is booked in order to secure the date. This policy helps ensure that all parties are committed and allows us to manage our schedules effectively. Please ensure that your deposit is submitted promptly to confirm your appointment time and avoid any potential delays or cancellations.
You have until the start time of your appointment to notify me of needing to reschedule. All reschedules require an additional deposit within 24 hours. As long as you show up for the next booked date you will retain both deposits. If you are unable to attend once again, then you will unfortunately lose both deposits.
NO-SHOWS: No showing your appointment is unacceptable. Please remember that if you miss your appointment, without notice, you will lose any deposits or credits you have applied toward your tattoo, and you will not be able to reschedule. All deposits, retainers, and prepayments are non-refundable.
